  • 2 Carrots chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 1 Loaf Whole Grain Bread
