  • 4 Fillet Salmon 150g
  • 1 Fresh Asparagus 500g
  • 2 Lemons For Juice and Zest
  • 4 Cloves Garlic Salt to Taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Water 100ml


  • Start by preparing the salmon fillets: clean them and pat them dry.
  • Next, prepare the asparagus by washing them and trimming the tough ends.
  • In a saucepan, prepare the lemon dill sauce. Start by squeezing the juice out of the lemons and grating the zest. Add the juice, zest, chopped dill, minced garlic, salt, and water to the saucepan.
  • Bring the sauce to a simmer and let it cook for 10-15 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  • While the sauce is simmering, heat your grill pan. Rub the salmon fillets and asparagus with olive oil and place them on the grill pan. Cook the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, and the asparagus for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are nicely grilled and tender.
  • Once the salmon and asparagus are cooked, arrange them on serving plates and drizzle with the lemon dill sauce. Your delicious, nutritious meal is ready to serve!
