  • 1 Cucumber diced
  • 1 Red bell pepper diced
  • ½ cup Red onion chopped
  • ½ cup Kalamata olives chopped
  • ½ cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
