  • 2 ripe avocados peeled and sliced

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and drizzle it with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Roast the turkey breast for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let it cool and then slice.
  • Warm the tortillas on a pan over medium heat.
  • Layer the turkey slices, avocado, lettuce, and onion on one side of each tortilla.
  • Roll up the tortillas tightly, starting on the side with the filling. Cut each wrap in half diagonally before serving.
